Shell Mold Plant
Our shell mold facility features one of the industry's most efficient and automated plant designs. That design allows us to deliver intricate small castings with short lead times. Castings from one ounce to 60 pounds move quickly from design to delivery.
Green Sand Plant
For larger-sized castings, our green sand plant provides the flexibility to choose the most appropriate and cost efficient approach. A network of conveyors speed molds and castings through production. Two sets of squeezer lines and three sets of cope-and-drag lines contribute to significant
lower cost per mold.
Air Set Plant
The air set plan is considered one of the world’s most cost-efficient, high-volume producing plants for castings up to 7,000 pounds. This facility features flask-less and tight-flask molds fed by a 1,500-pound per minute continuous mixer.
